Dear Supreme Court,
You are not supreme. You are not the final judge over what is true and right or over what I believe or oppose. God Most High, regardless of whether you acknowledge Him, is Supreme and is absolutely sovereign over the affairs of men. His law is the law.
But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another. Psalm 75:7
You see, you are only in your position of earthly power because He allowed you to be. And now, five of you have abused and misused that power–again.
Justices Kennedy, Ginsburg, Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor, you who declared that homosexual cohabitation (inaccurately referred to as “gay marriage”) is now legal in all 50 of our states, will answer to this one and only sovereign God. May He have mercy on your souls and may He have mercy on our nation.
As for me,
Burning indignation has seized me because of the wicked,
Who forsake Your law.
Your statutes are my songs
In the house of my pilgrimage.
O Lord, I remember Your name in the night,
And keep Your law.
This has become mine,
That I observe Your precepts.
No matter what “rulings” you dispense, no matter which of my rights you trample upon, no matter if you one day rule Christianity to be illegal, I will never acquiesce, never capitulate, never bow down to any law of man that violates the law of my God. To Him alone am I ultimately accountable. As are you.
In Jesus’ name and for His fame, I will stand.
Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Ephesians 6:13
The Lord has established His throne in the heavens,
And His sovereignty rules over all. Psalm 103:19
